As a parent myself, I know just how important it is to capture each stage of your little one’s growth – after all, they don’t stay little for long! I’m passionate about capturing your cherished memories with beautiful photographs that you can admire forever.
what to expect at your newborn session
As a newborn photographer, education in newborn safety and posing is my highest priority – by working with Liz by Design, you can rest assured that your newborn is in good hands during your session.
The Liz by Design studio is full-service, meaning I will have full control of lighting and temperature during newborn studio sessions, helping to ensure that your newborn will be comfortable during your time with me.
I’ve invested quite a bit of resources into a variety of newborn props, so I have a whole studio full of fantastic props to create the perfect setup for your newborn session. I have everything we’ll need already located in my studio – bowls, basket, buckets, layer pieces, plus a variety of wraps and backdrops in every color, so that we can match your family’s outfits.
I always sanitize before and after sessions, which is extremely important when working with newborns, especially during current times. Everything is washed and sanitized, shoes are taken off and left by the door, hand sanitizer is used frequently, and I wear a mask for newborn sessions to ensure maximum health and safety precautions.
Looking to book multiple sessions for your little one’s first year? Contact me to inquire about my Growth Value Package – if you book a maternity, newborn, 6 month, and 1 year session together, I’ll cover the session fee for the last session of your package.

And after our session and your reveal, you’ll be able to leave with heirloom albums, wall art and museum-quality prints.
